Kyle is an enthusiastic personal trainer who has a passion for helping people set and reach goals that unlock their full potential. Kyle has dedicated 7 years to understanding how the body can move in the most efficient way, to be able to perform at its full capacity. He has obtained a NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) accredited Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

Kyle’s passion for fitness began with his love for sports, and over time, this has evolved into a deep commitment to personal training. Throughout his studies at McMasters’ DeGroote School of Business, Kyle has maintained a constant effort in learning and developing skills related to movement and fitness. With a strong desire to share this knowledge and understanding with others, Kyle has made it his goal to inspire confidence and desire in every client that comes his way while fostering connections that will make a lasting imprint.
